Fairly clean hotel with genuinely helpful and fabulously helpful staff in all areas. Brand-new rooms with great beds, good value. Very nice central location in Downtown Houston district just off the rail line, Houston Museum of Natural Sciences, and Houston downtown.

The staff at the hotel, especially the lounge staff on the 11th floor, were excellent. They were kind and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room had a nice view and the parking attendants/valet were helpful. They assisted us in finding parking in the garage and even helped with our luggage. Check out was a breeze and the shower in the room was amazing, with hot water always available. The hotel also provided a sewing kit without us having to ask for it.
